Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Retail Visual Merchandiser located in Bahrain. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating eye‑catching and compelling displays that align with brand standards and promote customer engagement. Responsibilities include planning and executing window displays, arranging store layouts, maintaining visual aesthetics, coordinating with the sales team to optimize product placement, and analyzing merchandising trends to maximize sales performance. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Retail and Sales, with experience in designing and implementing visual merchandising strategies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
• Expertise in creating impactful Window Displays that drive foot traffic and sales
• Results‑driven mindset and ability to analyze sales trends for optimal product placement
• Proficiency in basic design tools and techniques is a plus
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment
