Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements
- Provide menu recommendations and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for new guests
- Handle any guest complaints or special requests with professionalism
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with cleaning tasks as needed
