Job description

To prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify project requirements and potential risks.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project scope and identify any potential issues.

Research and analyze historical data, market trends, and industry standards to inform cost estimates.

Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.

Create and maintain a database of cost information, including materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : From BD500.000 per month
