The Role

About the Role We are looking for a skilled Project Manager / Project Engineer to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all site works are completed in line with project requirements, schedules, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Manager in planning and executing projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and site teams to maintain progress.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Track materials and resources to ensure timely availability.
• Assist in project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Participate in technical meetings and resolve on-site coordination issues.

The main focus of the family business was aligned with major government contracts, and as such they were involved in building much of Bahrains infrastructure.
