Content Creation :

  • Develop and produce high-quality, original content across various formats including :
  • Compelling written content for website, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
  • Engaging videos for social media and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the brand voice and style guide.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.

Social Media Management :

  • Manage and curate content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimal engagement.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience reach, and website traffic.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and competitor activity, providing timely responses and addressing any issues.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across various channels.
  • Management across social media channels
  • Monitoring and checking digital ads trends and best practices
  • Graphic Design :

  • Create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest graphic design trends and software.
  • Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in photography and videography.
  • A background in film studies, mass communication, photography, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating DSLR and digital video cameras and sound equipment and managing the overall production process.
  • Technologically proficient, with solid knowledge of audio / visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and video production and editing techniques.
  • Highly skilled in editing with Adobe Suite, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with sound mixing and color grading.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, including flexibility to work outside standard office hours and occasionally on weekends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality or focus.
  • Highly creative and multi-talented, with a strong sense of storytelling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen creative eye.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity, ask the right questions, anticipate needs, and prepare for multiple outcomes
