Job description

Advantari is looking for an experienced Odoo Consultant who combines strong business analysis skills with technical-functional expertise to join our growing team in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions.
Configure and customize Odoo modules — including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize system workflows.
Provide end-user training, support, and continuous system improvements.

Requirements :

Odoo-certified professional with 3+ years of hands‑on experience and at least 3 full Odoo implementations.

Strong functional understanding and the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Must already reside in Bahrain.
