Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction / contracting industry (residential projects preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting / design software (Revit, SketchUp is a plus). Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality drawings under tight deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. 5 Years of relevant experience.
Job Description
- Prepare accurate architectural and structural shop drawings.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into detailed CAD drawings.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site conditions and project changes.
- Review and revise drawings as per project requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing records and documentation
