Sales Manager-Passenger Cars

The Sales Manager is responsible for running an efficient and profitable sales department. He will control costs and inventory, build a loyal clientele, utilize staff efficiently, maintain good employee relationships, set and obtain sales and profit objectives through proper pricing, security, displaying, advertising, and maintain sales records. He must also be an investment advisor and profit producer.

• Set forecast goals and objectives for the department and endeavor to achieve them.
• Aim for harmony and teamwork with all other departments.
• Develop and manage an annual operating budget for the sales department.
• Participate in managers' meetings as required.
• Stay informed and adhere to local regulations that impact sales operations.
