Position Purpose

To be a passionate host in all areas of the hotel and ensure that all assigned housekeeping duties are executed efficiently and in line with policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Come to work every day with a smile on your face.
• Be a reliable and motivated member of the Housekeeping team.
• Communicate clearly and constructively with team members in all areas of the hotel to help deliver great brand‑unique guest experiences.
• Assist in team tasks and support colleagues when workload is heavy, including helping out in F&B service and stewarding.
• Provide constructive suggestions or feedback to your Line Manager on products, processes and procedures to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Attend planned team meetings and learning sessions as required.
• Show interest in learning something new every day.
• Participate positively in pre‑ and post‑shift briefs and hotel team huddles.
• Volunteer to participate in company campaigns such as Travel with Purpose or TM committees.
• Execute duties assigned by the Hotel Leadership team.
• Be open to acquiring new knowledge and skills in areas such as guest service, stewarding, kitchen or maintenance, to support other departments and advance career progression.
• Execute cleaning duties with maximum skill, knowledge, commitment, and efficiency.
• Apply CleanStay standards and procedures dutifully.
• Organise your work area to effectively and efficiently meet CleanStay, brand, and hotel standards.
• Engage with guests in public areas, greet friendly, use a smile, engage in small talk, ask for feedback, and find ways to improve their experience.
