Reach Truck Operator

The Role

Job purpose Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials, move stock to / from storage areas and support day-to-day warehouse operations. Duties and responsibilities

• Load, unload, transfer and receive warehouse items.
• Operate reach truck to transport materials to different facility locations.
• Secure and optimize loads for safe transport.
• Rack and pick items according to standards and procedures.
• Maintain simple inventory records and location accuracy.
• Inspect reach trucks and other assigned equipment and report damages or maintenance needs.
• Identify workplace safety hazards and adhere to company safety standards.
• Assist packing yard operations and ensure items are transported safely.
