We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to help manage the financial affairs of a private household in Bahrain. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure smooth household operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with up to 5 years of accounting experience who values discretion, organization, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Keep clear and accurate records of household income, expenses, and petty cash
- Prepare simple monthly and annual financial summaries for the family
- Ensure all bills, school fees, utilities, and other payments are handled on time
- Manage payroll and records for household staff
- Work with banks, insurance providers, and outside accountants when needed
- Organize financial documents and assist with tax or compliance requirements
- Track budgets and provide updates on savings or spending trends
- Support in planning for family-related financial goals such as travel, education, or investments
Requirements
