Position Overview
The Videographer (Media Specialist) will be a key member of our creative production team, responsible for creating exceptional video and photographic content tailored to clients' needs. This role demands strong creative storytelling abilities, expert-level technical skills in videography and editing, and the capacity to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines in an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various digital platforms. Ensure all outputs align with client branding, creative briefs, and industry trends.
- Videography & Editing : Expertly handle all aspects of video production, including filming, editing raw footage, adding special effects, motion graphics, colour grading, audio enhancements, and creating seamless transition effects.
- Photography : Capture high-quality photographs as required, edit photos, and maintain consistency in visual storytelling across all client projects.
- Production Management : Develop and manage detailed video and photography production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs and budgets.
- Equipment & Asset Management : Maintain, organise, and manage all video and photography equipment and related software, ensuring optimal performance and readiness for all productions.
- Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with internal creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project objectives and deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Location Shoots : Coordinate and execute on-location shoots efficiently and professionally, managing logistics and equipment setup effectively.
- Trend & Technical Proficiency : Stay current with video production trends, new editing techniques, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance content quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a media production role within an agency setting.Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing software.Up-to-date knowledge and practical experience integrating AI into content and workflow.Demonstrated experience with Sony professional cameras, DSLR equipment, and advanced proficiency using mobile phones (e.g., iPhone Pro) for high-quality content capture.Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills.Strong visual storytelling ability with attention to detail.Effective communication skills, able to clearly convey concepts and project statuses to team members and clients.Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and adapt to fast-paced agency workflows.Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasionally travel to Saudi Arabia.Culture Fit

Reporting
