Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter to join our dynamic team at Sumosan Bahrain. As a Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in line with our international standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and ensure exceptional service at every stage of their visit.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage offerings, including Japanese cuisine and sake.

Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas at all times.

Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Support fellow team members and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a Waiter in a luxury or fine dining restaurant, preferably with international exposure.

Knowledge or passion for Japanese or Asian cuisine is an advantage.

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly and confident personality.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
