Head Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Dar Kulaib. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high levels of food quality and presentation. You will lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Additionally, you must have experience in menu development and cost control to ensure profitability. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in fine dining or high‑end establishments is highly desirable.
