For Pakistan Branch Office

• Execute installations, Online modifications application change requests and / or other professional services jobs in accordance with work orders and / or customer contracts.
• Respond to allocated trouble request, providing appropriate on-site service of equipment to restoration functionality and provide subsequent resolution according to the customer request and / or contract obligations (including meeting SLAs)
• Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.
