IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team at (MA GROUP).

This position is open to Bahraini nationals only.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.

Provide technical support to employees (in person and remotely).

Troubleshoot system and network issues in a timely manner.

Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

Monitor system performance and ensure efficiency.

Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and new implementations.

Requirements :

Bahraini nationality (required).

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

Knowledge of networking, security, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
