Naval Architect – Hull & Exterior Design (Yachts)

Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Naval Architect specializing in the hull and exterior design of luxury yachts to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naval architecture with a focus on optimizing hydrodynamics, performance, and aesthetics for yacht exteriors.

A portfolio of previous yacht hull and exterior design projects is mandatory for this position. Applications without relevant yacht design experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and high-performance yacht hulls, optimizing for hydrodynamics, speed, stability, and fuel efficiency.
• Create visually striking exterior designs that reflect the luxury and elegance expected in high-end yachts.
• Work closely with the interior design team and marine engineers to ensure seamless integration of the exterior and interior spaces.
• Use cutting-edge software to model, test, and validate hull designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to oversee the construction of the yacht’s hull and ensure design specifications are met during production.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in yacht design to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
