Job descriptionDiagnose and repair mobile phones (hardware and software issues) Replace damaged parts such as screens, batteries, and motherboards Install and update mobile software and firm Perform quality checks on repaired devices Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Mobile Technician Proficient in repairing Android and iOS devices Ability to identify and fix both hardware and software issues Strong attention to detail and quality workmanshipGood communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
