Apt Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in the Construction, Contracting, and Facilities Industries to join our client's dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project management, from initiation through to completion, while working closely with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities :

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Leading project meetings and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
• Overseeing the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on track
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Preparing project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
• Establishing effective relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction
