Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender located in Manama. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and adhering to food and beverage safety standards. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to patrons, handling cash transactions accurately, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for the guests.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with guests and provide a high-quality experience.
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of drink recipes and presentation standards.
• Experience in Cash Handling to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions.
• Expertise in Bartending, mixing techniques, equipment usage, and understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented attitude.
• A certification in Bartending or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous.
