Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
- Assist with concierge services such as transportation and tour bookings
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, and departures
Requirements
