Front Desk Agent – Hotel Group (Bahrain)

Join a prestigious hotel group in Bahrain that prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of the property, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanour
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
  • Assist with concierge services such as transportation and tour bookings
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, and departures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
