Net2Source is hiring a Finance & Operation Analyst for a prestigious client based in Bahrain.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day client deposits, withdrawals, and settlements for both fiat and crypto.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, crypto wallets, and transaction ledgers.
• Handle reconciliation and reporting for payment processors (including card processors), ensuring accuracy of fees, settlements, and chargebacks.
• Act as the primary point of contact with banks, payment processors, and liquidity providers.
• Manage company liquidity, FX execution, and funding requirements across various accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee month‑end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company and client funds.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with compliance, technology, and customer support to streamline operational workflows.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including automation of finance and operations functions.
• Support new product launches and operational processes with financial insight and input.
