Business Development Manager – Fintech

Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of business development / sales experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology. Strong network and ability to engage with decision-makers at senior levels. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proven record of achieving growth and revenue targets. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates. Competitive basic salary (based on experience). Performance-based incentives. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for our fintech company. This role requires a professional with strong market knowledge, leadership ability, and the drive to expand our presence in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow revenue.
- Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in fintech.
