We are seeking a top-tier private banker or investment professional to take on the role of Head of GCC Sales. This individual will lead our business development across the region. The ideal candidate is a seasoned relationship builder with a strong personal book and deep access to UHNWI, HNWI, and multi-family offices across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive asset growth by acquiring a solid amount of new assets in the first year for the Firm.
- Maintain and grow a strong book of top-tier clients with a focus on sustainability and margin generation.
- Cultivate new relationships and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal investment, advisory, and execution teams.
- Organize and lead exclusive, UHNWI-focused events in Bahrain and the region.
- Provide strategic feedback to enhance offerings and client engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory with HNWI and UHNWI clients in the GCC.Proven success in raising and managing assets across asset classes.A strong own book of the clients.Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (postgraduate is a plus).What We Offer
