Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects (off-plan and ready), guiding customers through the full sales journey and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the developer’s brand and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote assigned projects to prospective buyers through calls, meetings, and events.
- Conduct client needs analysis and match them with suitable units, layouts, prices, and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct project presentations, show apartment / site visits, and launch event walkthroughs.
- Negotiate and close deals in line with approved pricing, discounts, and policies.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Contracts, Finance, and Customer Care to ensure smooth booking, SPA issuance, and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system.
- Share feedback from clients and agents with the Sales and Development teams to support product, pricing, and campaign decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years’ experience in property sales with a well known real estate developer.Proven track record in off-plan or project-based sales.Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills, target-driven.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Solid understanding of master plans, unit mix, and payment plans.Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.Seniority Level
