Job Requirements

Overall responsibility for developing and implementing Open Banking and FinTech product strategies in line with the company’s business objectives. This includes leading the design and delivery of product propositions, collaborating with internal teams and partners to address customer needs, and ensuring market integration. The role holder will manage the full product life cycle, from ideation to execution, while ensuring alignment with regulatory developments. Additionally, the role includes identifying partnership opportunities and driving commercial strategies to support product growth and innovation in the Open Banking and FinTech space.

Education / Certifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance or / Economics or / Business Administration
Master's degree preferred, an MBA a plus

Experience :

A minimum of 8 years of financial sector or / IT sector or / Fintech sector experience

Knowledge / Skills / Attributes :

Exceptional knowledge of Fintech sector (key players, trends, use cases)

Detailed knowledge of Open Banking and Fintech sector regulatory landscape and on-going developments in GCC, MENA, and the wider MEA region (key jurisdictions, regulatory roadmaps, licensing requirements)

Hands-on experience of working with digital fintech products and businesses; Open Banking & Open Finance in particular

Good understanding of FinTech innovation and underlying technologies (APIs, ID&V, Authentication & Consent, AI / ML)
