Discover the perfect blend of career growth and cultural richness in Bahrain! We are on the lookout for a passionate and inspiring Personal Trainer / Mat Pilates Instructor to join a dynamic, luxury & unique fitness studio focusing on functional fitness, and personal training.

Package :

  • tax-free monthly salary package up to 1000BHD (US$ 2659 approximately)

Requirements :

  • Certified Personal Trainer Level 3 (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • Mat Pilates Certification
  • Experience in Lagree would be advantageous (not essential)
  • Minimum 2 years Personal Training experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic speaking is advantageous but not required
  • Excellent communication skills

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness goals.
  • Design and conduct group classes focused on circuit training and functional fitness, ensuring a dynamic and engaging environment.
  • Utilize expertise in Pilates training to lead specialized classes, promoting effective and innovative workout techniques.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly to ensure continued improvement and motivation.
  • Proactively manage and upgrade client memberships, fostering long-term relationships and retention.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends and continue professional development to enhance training skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages clients to achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices as needed.
