Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes – invoicing, posting, and reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers
• Prepare statements, reports, and assist with month-end closings
• Support audits with accurate documentation and compliance
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to resolve queries
