Senior Design Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Manager at Geneire. The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining design quality standards. This role is located in Manama but may require travel to other countries from time to time.

Qualifications :

• ◆ Experience in Engineering Design and Project Management
• ◆ Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• ◆ Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• ◆ Experience in Data Centers and Industrial / Large Commercial projects, Pharmaceutical, High Tech, or Petrochemical sectors
• ◆ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field like Civil Engineering (CRPEP Grade A preferred)
