About the Role :
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious luxury Greek restaurant in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section, ensuring alignment with the restaurant’s Greek culinary standards.
- Maintain consistent execution of food production and presentation according to the Executive Chef’s direction.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, promoting best practices and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor inventory and manage mise en place to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce health and hygiene regulations and maintain the highest levels of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.Solid understanding of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean cooking techniques is highly desirable.Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.Passionate about delivering outstanding culinary experiences.Benefits
