Position Summary
Assists the Personal Coach, by smartly and efficiently executing tasks and responsibilities, in Client accountability and Learning & Development initiatives for overall Business Excellence.
This includes consistent assistance in daily functions, encompassing Sales & Marketing, Office Administration, R&D, and CPD.
Salary - 30k INR plus incentives
Specific Job Responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following :
All tasks are grouped based on KPIs that are to be delivered
- To ensure that all onboarded clients are coached and to follow up on various tasks and activities stipulated
- To provide all types of Learning support to clients from time to time
- To ensure client retention and client fulfillment by providing support on all queries.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
4. Consistently research the products offered at IW through online learning, books, and studying the competition, and create frameworks for quality and excellence.5. To have an overview of all tools used and support the brand with innovative tools by incorporating state-of-the-art techniques in IW coaching strategies.6. To support the Personal Coach and the Senior coach in developing content from time to time and enhance the current product through continuous quality checks.DESIGN AND DELIVERYOF TRAINING / COACHING
7. To design presentations and tools related to the training and coaching topic based on the needs identified.REPORT-MAKING AND ADMINISTRATION
8. To be able to work through the designated CRM and generate reports regularly9. To track the progress of clients, report metrics, and maintain all records of mentees proactively10. To ensure that sessions are set up for all mentees regularly and that the KPIs are delivered through client feedback and progress.11. To ensure the provision of support to mentees and clients consistently via Digital platforms on all aspects of learning, learning tools, and be available for support proactively and to clear doubts.13. Ensuring client retention at 100% at all times by providing support online and offline.Critical skills, Experience, and Competencies required for this post :
1. Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English language on all fronts and a neutral accent2. Education Qualification : Under-grad / Postgrad in HR / Psychology.3. Experience in handling training / coaching in a B2B environment for an Ed Tech platform or an Educational Set up / Training Company or a hospitality company for at least 2 years5. Should possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Word, excel, and PowerPoint.6. Should have a basic understanding of social media performance analysis reports and related tools7. To work both independently with the ability to receive instructions and execute them with utmost accountability.8. Good knowledge to create and maintain clerical and administrative work9. Should have the ability to prepare reports and MIS10. Possess a high level of dependability and accountability.11. Should be flexible with working hours in a start-up environment12. Should be exceptionally groomed and presentable and represent the brand in desired places.13. Ability to prioritize tasks and work responsibilities, and receive instructions for execution.14. Establish and maintain an effective relationship with clients and agencies with a high level of interpersonal communication skills.15.
