Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Officer located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Health Safety Environment Officer will oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure regulatory compliance and promote workplace safety. Responsibilities include risk assessments, hazard identification, implementing safety measures, conducting training sessions, and preparing health and safety compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Occupational Health practices
• Expertise in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management systems
• Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualifications
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication and training facilitation abilities
• Experience in relevant safety standards and local regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
• Previous experience in an industrial or construction environment is a plus
