You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

Your responsibilities

• Leading all Consumer Promotion activities, updating Statistical Forecast model, overseeing planning of imported finished goods and freight forwarding.
• Identify and rectify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans. Develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
• Establish S&OP model and engage all stakeholders from middle managers to Man-com for establishing monthly plans for the company.
• Ensuring Supply connectivity with due partnership with factory and highlighting the gaps timely along with mitigation plan.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Packaging, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse for all initiatives.
• Supply Services Focal person for Fuel initiatives : filtering all cross functional feedbacks, working through function specific constraints, collating the required information in desired format, and presenting to Marketing before implementation, system integration and roll outs.
