Job description
A leading financial services firm in Bahrain is seeking a Telesales Manager to oversee the telesales business unit focused on customer retention and lead generation. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in telesales management, particularly within insurance. Key responsibilities include managing agents, establishing workflows, and driving performance through analytics. Fluent English is a must; Arabic is an advantage.
