Housekeeping Attendant

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to support all Housekeeping and Laundry activities, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistently high operating standards in every aspect of Housekeeping and Laundry, in line with Hilton brand standards.
• Monitor the appearance, performance, and training needs of all Housekeeping and Laundry team members.
• Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring preferences are met.
• Assist with the availability and release of rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping supervision.
• Manage key housekeeping controls : employee schedules, master key release, incident reporting, uniform and linen input / output, and laundry documentation.
• Check daily guest information in CRM and ensure that preferences and requests are met on time.
• Request flowers or embroidery for special occasions such as marriages, funerals, and births.
• Handle monthly Lost and Found and donations.
• Inspect uniforms and arrange for cleaning or repairs.
• Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and personnel within the department, releasing laundry linens daily.
• Conduct daily guest clothing release for laundry service.
• Perform monthly laundry expense closing and provision.
• Act as a replacement for the Laundry Attendant during holidays, scheduled absences, or days off.
