The Sales Executive supports the Sales Manager in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, promoting the hotel’s services, and managing relationships with corporate clients in the KSA market. The role focuses on proactive sales, account development, and delivering a seamless client experience aligned with the hotel’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with generating proposals, contracts, and agreements for clients.
- Prepare and organize sales kits, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and bookings in the CRM or hotel sales system.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries, providing information about the hotel’s services, room rates, and event spaces.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, changes, and requests.
- Assist with group reservations and room blocks, ensuring client needs and preferences are met.
- Collaborate with event planners, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, meetings, and special events.
- Confirm and update room blocks, meeting space bookings, and event details with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate rooming lists, group arrivals, and VIP requests with the front desk and housekeeping departments.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings.
- Generate regular sales reports for the sales team and management, providing insights into occupancy, revenue, and client activity.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and assist with preparing performance analysis for senior management.
- Assist with the organization and promotion of special events, site tours, and client presentations.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with collateral creation, including brochures, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
- Help coordinate hotel participation in trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Liaise with various hotel departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, catering, and operations) to ensure the smooth delivery of services for sales clients.
- Ensure that all departments are aware of client requirements, including room setups, catering needs, and special guest requests.
- Communicate special promotions, packages, or events to all relevant hotel teams.
- Follow up with clients post‑event or booking to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist in resolving client issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
