Job description

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Officer on a temporary basis . This role will support the maintenance department by preparing reports, pricing documents, and technical drawings, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare pricing proposals.
Prepare illustrated pricing reports with comments.
Prepare evacuation reports.
Prepare detailed building reports.
Create drawings using AutoCAD.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field (fresh graduate).

Basic knowledge of maintenance and building systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.
