I’m Amira Nawar , a dedicated Mental Health Specialist, Life Coach, and Trainer with over a decade of hands-on experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both private practices and medical centers. Based in Manama, Bahrain, my passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations through evidence-based psychological practices and coaching techniques.

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health from the University of Leicester, along with a rich educational background that includes professional diplomas in leadership, life coaching, and positive discipline. My approach is rooted in emotional intelligence, resilience training, and positive organizational psychology—tools I use to foster mental well-being and high performance in individuals and teams alike.
