Overview

We are hiring a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at our busy bakery in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, as well as strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. They will be responsible for creating new pastry recipes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality control. The successful candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A culinary degree or relevant experience is required for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Preference will be given to candidates with Bahraini nationality or those currently living in Dar Kulaib.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop pastry recipes for daily production and specials.
• Maintain accurate inventory of ingredients and finished products.
• Ensure product quality and consistency through proper baking techniques and presentation.
• Manage production schedule to meet deadlines in a fast-paced bakery.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and test new pastry offerings.
