Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
  • Networking : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand brand presence and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience : 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Skills :
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
