We are looking for a highly creative, bilingual (Arabic & English) Marketing specialist to join a growing food tech company in Bahrain. You will be part of a dynamic in‑house creative team alongside a Videographer, Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Content Creator.
This role is ideal for someone who understands GCC cultural nuances, and can produce engaging concepts, scripts, copy, and voice‑overs that resonate across different markets. You will help shape our creative direction and bring fresh, high‑impact ideas to life across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, videos, reels, and social content (Arabic & English)
- Write scripts, captions, push notifications, and provide voice‑overs when needed
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content publishing across platforms
- Handle community engagement by responding to comments and maintaining brand tone
- Collaborate with the creative team (videographer, designer, digital marketer, content creator) to execute content plans
- Adapt content to different GCC dialects and stay updated on trending formats
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or copywriting (agency or in‑house)Strong Arabic & English copywriting and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and dialect for different GCC marketsConfident in recording voice‑overs for reels, TikToks, and short‑form videosStrong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and InstagramCreative, idea‑driven, and able to develop concepts quicklyFamiliarity with GCC culture, humor, and audience behaviorAbility to manage posting schedules, content calendars, and community engagementStrong teamwork and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
