Role Description

This is a full‑time role for a Draftsman located in Manama. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications and calculations, preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings, and collaborating with engineers and architects. Additional tasks include revising drawings based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards, and assisting in managing project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software, technical drawing, and architectural drafting
• Understanding of construction materials, building procedures, and structural design
• Attention to detail, and ability to follow specifications and standards
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with the project team
• Ability to manage and organize documentation and drawings
• Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
