Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Analyst based in Manama, with a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial planning, analyzing data, preparing financial statements, and creating comprehensive financial reports. The role will also focus on monitoring financial performance and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to analyze and forecast organizational performance effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Proven ability to understand, interpret, and prepare Financial Statements with accuracy and precision.
• Solid knowledge of Finance principles and practices to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities, and advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CFA certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
