Description
- Receive and process quotations submitted by maintenance contractors
- Assist in managing preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with maintenance contractors
- Assist in managing vendor relations for services such as cleaning, maintenance and other
- Schedule and supervise all maintenance works and provide support to the stores in the back office
- Coordinate and ensure proper handling of maintenance requests and assist the Manager in handling complaints by taking appropriate action
- Suggest the implementation of new processes to enhance the quality of service
- Prepare analytical reports to study services costs or as requested by the Operations Manager
