Job Description

• Management of the CMMS, coordinate with stakeholders & conduct review.
• Perform the role of maintenance coordinator to integrate the overall facilities, maintenance process. Generating and calculating asset key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Updating and reviewing asset management plans, and ensuring they meet best practices.
• Monitoring and communication asset performance, and comparing it to the industry benchmarks.
• Lead the maintenance team procurement needs and maintain the inventory of critical spares management

Qualifications

• Minimum 03-05 years’ relevant hands-on experience / Knowledge of asset management in the industrial background for Asset management engineer.
• Working experience in District cooling plants, Water and Wastewater treatment plant, and large Industrial facilities management is desirable.
• Computer literate in CMMS, Google Software, MS Word, Excel and PPT.
• Planning and organizational skills, such as time and resource allocation.
• Good communications, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment, Leadership & Management skills and professional development throughout the employment.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Light Vehicle driving license in Bahrain / GCC countries.
