Position : English Language Instructor for Adults and Children

Location : Bahrain

Job Description :

Deliver high quality, learner-centered instruction.
Help customers achieve their goals.
Create a positive classroom atmosphere.
Support quality management at all levels of instruction.
Deliver the highest standard of customer service.

Qualifications Required :

Graduates with Bachelor Degree in Art or Education with 1-2 years teaching experience.

Graduates with Business Background are good candidates to teach Business English.

Any qualifications of soft skills background like writing, body language, business writing etc…

Dynamic, creative, healthy and ready to develop teaching skills.

Native-fluency.

Self motivated with excellent teamwork and multi-tasking skills.

Skilled in working with different cultures in a sensitive manner.

Able to work within deadlines, manage time effectively.

Able to motivate others and to work effectively with them.

Strength and experience in teaching would be an advantage to candidates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work in a challenging international environment.

Driving skill / driving license are required.

Attestation of Diplomas is required from the issuing country.

Nationality of staff required : Native English speakers from Westerncountries.

Hours : 40 - 48 h per week.

Start Date : September.

Contracts & Benefits :

The duration of the contract shall be one year (excluding the 3 months probation period).

Tax free basic salary ranges from BD 700-900 ($1855-2385), based on qualifications and experience.

Incoming air fare Ticket will be paid after the 3 months’ probation period is over. -Outgoing air fare Ticket after the completion of contract will be paid in full to the candidates’ destination.

Shared accommodations or BD 200 ($ 530) allowance if accommodation is not available.

30 days paid vacation after completion of contract.

All hired Instructors must do the initial training in the center after their arrival.

Acceptance is subject to passing the final demo. Instructors after this point must show :

Successful completion of the core modules of the instructor training.

A current performance Evaluation rating “Meeting expectations” or better. -
