الوصف الوظيفيFinance and Accounting Budgeting Strategy Stakeholder Management 8+years of finance experience preferably for a fintech / financial services company Strong knowledge of modeling / forecasting, business planning, budgeting and management reporting Demonstrated ability to effectively translate financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations Outstanding written & verbal communication skills and experience presenting to executives Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization Demonstrated previous success in a fast paced and agile environment Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field An MBA or any financial qualification is preferred (e.g. CFA, CPA...)

What Do You Need to Qualify Job description and objectives
- Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets of the business
- Assist in the company's budgetary planning
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with all applicable laws, rules and regulations as well as international standards
- Prepare, review and monitor the company's financial statements
- Prepare official reports on a periodic basis to the senior management as well as the board of directors
- Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risks
- Update and implement financial policies and procedures
- Analyze financial plans and models to assist the executive management in implementing strategic plans / projects
