• What you’ll be doing : 📝 Help with hiring - screen applications and set up interviews.
• Support onboarding - prepare for new joiners and guide their first week.
• Keep records updated - assist with leaves, contracts, and files.
• Share observations - spot what’s working and what needs fixing.
• Assist with team activities - help plan simple events and sessions.
