A Well Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for Sales Executive with 15-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in HORECA sector !!!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Sales and Revenue Generation : Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Cultivate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Prospect Outreach : Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking, to expand the company's customer base.
  • Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our industry and services, staying up-to-date with features, benefits, and competitive advantages enabling effective communication to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to close sales, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Continuous Learning : Participate in training sessions, workshops, and self-learning initiatives to enhance sales skills and stay updated with product developments.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES :

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client preferences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Contract length : 12 months

    Pay : From BD700.000 per month

    Experience :

  • sales and Marketing : 3 years (Preferred)

    • License / Certification :

  • Driving License (Preferred)
