The DCC Acquiring Relationship Officer is responsible for managing relationships with the aim of maximizing the value of the company. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth integration and operation of DCC services, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners to promote DCC services.
- Support the management of existing DCC merchants.
- Provide timely support and training to ensure effective use of DCC solutions.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction ratings by addressing merchant needs.
- Maintain a hit rate of not less than 40% in all DCC markets under the assigned area.
- Achieve 100% of the DCC budget for the year.
- Provide DCC expertise within the Bahrain Acquiring team.
- Track individual merchant account activity for all DCC activities to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop an external network spanning merchants to stay abreast of market developments and trends.
- Provide timely support to clients whenever needed, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Be comfortable working in hotel settings to support clients and facilitate operational matters.
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Experience :
2-5 years of experience in payment processing, acquiring, client relationship, customer service or a related field.Knowledge / Skills / Attributes :
Understanding of payment processing and Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) technology.Good Reporting and report preparation skills.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and interact with diverse clientele.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.Native Arabic speakerFluent EnglishAbility to deliver presentations and training sessions to merchants and team members
